Airbnb Explorer Project - Munich (In progress)

This project was developed as a tutoring iniciative from Dataxp.

The goal of the project is to build dashboards to help property owners and investors to understand the airbnb property market in a particular city. For this project I selected the german city of Munich.

The main data source for this project was the Inside Airbnb website, but external data was also included.

A series of challenges were proposed, which, in broad lines, dealt with summarization, comparison, prediction and hierarchization.
